Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of digital forensics services
- Answer inbound calls with authority and professionalism
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Manage sales queue effectively
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up in timely manner
Requirements:
- 3+ years Experience in Sales (Technical sales is a plus)
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Call Center experience a plus
- Basic Computer skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Rapid learner - able to learn and has the desire to learn
- Self-motivated
- Engaging personality with strong communication, presentation & listening skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well individually, as well as within a team
- Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client communications
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent English language skills, in both written and verbal communications
